ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 2005ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸನ್ಮಾನ್ಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ​ಗಳಿಂದ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಗೊಂಡ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ಜನತೆಯ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸುವ ಸಮಾನಕರ, ಎಟುಕಬಲ್ಲ, ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಂಡ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಶ್ರಮವಹಿಸಿದೆ.​​​​​​
